The expandable hydration vest SIMER 7 L It has all the pockets and compartments of the SIMER II 10 L : 1 main compartment with division for a hydration bag plus 11 pockets, all within easy reach.

Maximum storage capacity: 1 main compartment + 11 pockets.
- 10 pockets accessible from the front.
- 1 pocket on the back (with good arm reach, also accessible while running) with division and velcro fastener for a hydration bag.
- 3 front pockets with zippers (one with gusset).

HYDRATION SYSTEM
- 2 front compartments with hangers and bottle holders for soft flask type bottles (recommended), rigid bottles or carafes up to 750 ML (not included).
- 1 pocket on the back with capacity for a hydration bladder up to 2 L (not included).
